Certificates

Student certificates, transcripts of records and any other certificates shall be issued by the office of the Graduate School of Asia-Pacific Studies (GSAPS). To request issuance of any certificates, students must fill out the university's prescribed form, attach a certificate of commission payment and submit it to the GSAPS. The prescribed forms can be obtained at the GSAPS office.

These certificates are normally issued the day after the request is made. However, under special circumstances such as summer vacation or winter vacation, several days may be necessary for such issuance.

Certificate of commission payment can be purchased from a vending machine, which is placed in the GSAPS office (Building No. 19, 7th Floor).

Automatic certificate machines are available and located on campus.
