Applications/Requests

If the student or student's guarantor changes the state of his/her status during the student's matriculation, please submit either Request or Report to the Office.

Please visit the Office in requesting or reporting the following:

1. Request for Temporary Absence from School
2. Request for Return to School
3. Request for Withdraw from School
4. Request for Re-enroll
5. Request for Overseas Studies
   * Visit the Office for details on overseas studies and provide all proper materials related to this.
6. Report of Changes in Name
   * Please hand in a copy of any official documents in reporting any change in name.
7. Report of Change in Address / Report of Change in Guarantor
   * Please input the new address on Profile of Waseda Net-Portal,and also report to the office.Change of the guarantor or guarantov's address must be reported to the Office.
8. Request for Postponement of Tuition Payment
