The aim of this seminar is to assist students to take their first steps to study modern history of China from international understanding and diplomatic angles. We learn the method of looking into the various phases of Chinese history including economic, social and cultural factors. This course helps you to grasp the latest achievement in modern history of China, and to find the specific subjects. We will develop the methodologies about collecting and reading the documents and source books. Through the discussions with each other, students will be assisted to learn the skill of the thesis.
