Screening Schedules and Decision Notification

  1. Screening Schedules
    • The admissions will be conducted according to the prescribed screening schedules. Applications should be submitted within the designated application period.
    • For dispatched applicants sponsored by organizations: please contact the GSAPS Admissions Office if the following schedule is not convenient for you in relation to the internal selection within your company or institution.
  2. Decision Notification
    Application numbers of successful applicants are put up on the bulletin board in front of the GSAPS office at 10:00AM on the prescribed day. Also, admission decisions are posted on the same day by express mail. (Please contact the GSAPS Admissions Office if you do not receive admission decisions within one week after the prescribed day.) The GSAPS Admissions Office will not entertain any inquiries with regards to the results over the telephone, via e-mail or by any other means. Only successful applicants who have submitted the necessary documents for the entrance procedure and have transferred the tuition and fees by the Entrance Procedures Deadline will be admitted. Please note that matriculation date cannot be extended. However, should successful international applicants choose to serve their military obligation before matriculation and they wish to enter GSAPS after completing their military obligation, matriculation date may be extended. Please contact the GSAPS Admissions Office for details.
