How to Submit the Application

In submitting the applications, applicants will have the following options. For the purposes of the admission screening process, there is no difference between the two options.

  1. By mail
    Applications should be sent by registered express mail, and must be received by the final day of the application period.
    • Domestic Application: Documents with Japanese postmark of the final day of each application period are acceptable.
    • Foreign Application: Documents must be received by the final day of each application period.

  2. By direct submission
    Applications under Domestic Application Method can be submitted by hand at the GSAPS Admissions Office only on the final day of the application period (9:00 - 17:00).
    However, direct submission should only be a last resort. The GSAPS Admissions Office strongly recommends that applicants submit their applications by registered mail well ahead of the deadline.
