Steps for implementing the CCDL program

- Assign faculty members in accordance with the chart on Organization of Waseda University for the CCDL Program
- Exchange information on technicians and systems to be used for the exchange
- Conduct a test connection prior to the date of the actual exchange
- Implement the program (conduct a videoconference/PC chat session)
