    1. Assign faculty members in accordance with the chart on Organization of Waseda University for the CCDL Program

    2. Exchange information on technicians and systems to be used for the exchange

    3. Conduct a test connection prior to the date of the actual exchange

    4. Implement the program (conduct a videoconference/PC chat session)
