1) Whatfs On-demand Lecture |
|

|
Both the lecturer and students need not show up in the classroom and even need not gather at the same time. Students can attend the lectures via the Internet at any time & from anywhere during the course period according to the timetable. The lectures can be interactive by posting comments and questions for discussion on BBS (Bulletin Board System) at any time and from anywhere as well.
Therefore students can set up their study schedules flexibly. |

A) Streaming video:
The recorded lecture will be
played. You can pause, stop
and replay as many times as
you like. |

The compiled PowerPoint
slides will be displayed in

C) Notepad:
You can take notes of the
lectures and save them as a

2) How to Attend the Lecture |

The following is the recommended system environment of your PC for viewing on-demand lectures. |

*Course N@vi requires Macromedia Flash Player 8 to run. (If your PC has Macromedia Flash Player 7 installed, you will still be prompted to install version 8.)
*You may need to adjust your internet browser's settings to allow pop-ups from the following two domains: (1) waseda.jp (2) waseda.ac.jp

a) Log into the Course N@vi system |
|
|
|
|
Access the Course N@vi system
Type your "Login ID" and "Password" and click "Login".

b) Select the course, gFTA in East Asiah |
|
|
|
|
After you login, you can see the list of course. Select [FTA in East Asia] and then, the list of the lectures of the course will appear.
- To view a lecture, please click a title of the lecture on the list.
- To post your questions and opinions on BBS, click a title of the BBS on the list.
@Click [Contribute] to post a new message.
@Click [Reply] to post a message to the other studentfs
message.
Please make sure to logout when you finish. |

3) Prohibited matter |
|
|
|
Please pay attention to the following things; |
|
|
|
a) Do not give your gLogin IDh and "Passwordh of the Course N@vi
system to a third party.
b) Do not copy and secondary use of the contents of the On-demand
@@Lectures.
c) Do not make disparaging comments or improper wording on the
@@BBS. |
