Ο Forms of Participation

1. Regular members
   1. Contribute: at least 300,000 yen per membership per annum (units of 300,000 yen)
   2. May make proposals to the DCC regarding the setup of projects
   3. May participate in the various activities of exchange between members and universities, such as the DCC Forum for Promoting Educational Reform
   4. May provide corporate sponsored course(s) when the corporation contributed 10 or more memberships
   5. May participate in the establishment of the Asia Cyber College
2. Supervising members
   1. Contribute: 11 - 22 million yen per annum (including university administrative expenses)
   2. Control that activities of the DCC (constituent member of the DCC Steering Committee).
   3. Setup DCC core projects at Waseda University
   4. May setup project research institutes (may dispatch visiting professors, visiting researchers)
   5. May utilize education and research at Waseda University as a field for practical experimentation
   6. May setup Sponsored Lectures
   7. May participate in the establishment of the Asia Cyber College

1. Where the payer is a corporation, the full amount of membership dues paid to the DCC may be recognized as an expense for taxation purposes under corporations law of Japan. See the following for details.
