Action plan for DCC Phase 3 (2005 - 2007)
- Supporting the activity of the Forum for On-Demand Lecture Circulation (FOLC)
- A market for mutual circulation of unique and attractive on-demand lectures among universities
- 43 academic members and 22 corporation members (as of March 3, 2005)
- Industry sponsored lectures provided under corporate names
- Supporting the activity of the Accreditation Council for Practical Abilities (ACPA) (NPO)
- Correct the mismatch between job seekers and employers and develop outstanding human resources with practical skills
- The only institution in Japan to evaluate and recognize the skills of individuals through cooperation with academia and industry
- Supporting the establishment of the Cyber University Consortium (CUC)
