・早稲田大学別科日本語専修課程（2012年4月入学）へ出願を希望する方は、
以下の指示をよく読み、出願書類を送付する前に必ずオンラインレジストレーションを行ってください。
・Applicants for the Intensive Japanese Language Program (2012

MUST register online before submitting the application documents.
Please follow the instruction below and complete the Online Registration during the registration period.

注意事項
/ Note
※1.オンラインレジストレーションのみでは出願をしたことにはなりません。
「1.オンラインレジストレーション」と「2.入学検定料振込」および「3.出願書類の送付」をすべて期間内に行うことで、出願が完了となります。
（いずれか一つでも行われなかった場合、出願を受理することができませんのでご注意ください。）
Please note that you are not considered as an applicant by completing the online registration only.
You will complete the application by all of the three steps,
"1. Online Registration
"; "2. Payment for Screening Fee",
and
"3. Submission of Application Documents".

How to Register Online
【１】以下にアクセスしてください。

【２】各項目について、入力または選択してください。
Please enter your information in each item, or select an appropriate one.
【３】すべての入力が終わったら、内容に誤りがないか、もう一度確認してください。
When you finish answering, please check your information again to make sure that there is no mistake.
【４】内容に誤りがないことを確認し、最後に右下の「登録」ボタンを押してください。
After you confirm your information, please click "登録(register)" button in the lower right screen.
注意事項
/ Note
※一度「登録」ボタンを押すと、内容の訂正はできません。「登録」ボタンを押す前に必ず内容を
もう一度確認してください。
Once you click "登録（register）" button, you cannot correct the information.
Please check carefully before you click "登録（register）" button.
※間違えた場合は、再度同様に申請をしてください。
If you make a mistake, you can register again．
※最後に「登録」ボタンを押さない限り、登録はされません。
「登録」ボタンを押さずに画面を閉じると、入力した内容は全て消されてしまいますのでご注意
ください。
Your information will not be registered until you click "登録（register）" button.
