We are pleased to inform you that the First International Symposium on Information and Computer Elements, ISICE 2007 will be held on September 12 to 14, 2007 in Kitakyushu, Japan.

This is the first symposium focusing on the wide spectrum of the information and computer elements area. The conference venue is Waseda University Kitakyushu Campus located at the north end of Kyushu Island in the west of Japan. City of Kitakyushu is easily accessible by two international airports, Fukuoka A.P. and Kitakyushu A.P.
