
Annual membership fee and operation of WUAA
Alumni membership fees paid by members are used to support alma mater and current students in such ways as scholarship benefits, and rendering of services for Alumni. We thank you for your understanding of the intents and purposes of the Alumni membership fees and for making contributions to this worthy cause.
Annual membership fee
Annual membership fee: 5,000 yen (valid for a year since date of payment)
Payment procedures:
• Automatic transfer from Waseda credit card's account
• Automatic transfer from financial institutions' account
• Payment slip
WUAA bylaws paragraph 11 (abstract)
Members shall pay a set membership fee. WUAA shall primarily perform services to those who pay their membership fees.
* Associate members shall be the students who entered in fiscal year 2002.

Main operation of WUAA
We perform such services as follows, to maintain mutual communication among alumni and to help foster Waseda University's business endeavors:
Support for alma mater and current students
We back up our juniors who need financial help by a scholarship system. Also, there is cooperation through donations for anniversary celebrations.
Promoting opportunities for encounters and friendships
Support for Alumni Association activities
We support activities of Tomonkai members that have flown out of Waseda's nest. Please contact WUAA for new registration for Tomonkai or its contact address.
Running of events such as celebration of Alumni "Tomonsai"
We hold events for encounters and friendships such as "Tomonsai" that is held on the same day as Homecoming Day, the "annual Tomonkai tenth festival" to be held in the tenth year after graduation, "All Waseda Go festival and Shogi festival" to maintain mutual communication among alumni through this game.

Provision of service to members
We provide services such as sending communication pamphlets and providing membership-based benefit programs for those who pay their membership fees.
Publication of communication pamphlet "Waseda Gakuho (Waseda Alumni report)"
We send the Japanese version six times a year to members who pay their membership fees (published on 15th day in the odd months, 1,000 yen for cover price. )
There are special topics of interest in every issue with beautiful pictures, latest events of alma mater and WUAA, and articles regarding diverse ways of life of alumni such as celebrities or those who do grass-roots activities. We celebrate and support your life.
Provision of membership-based benefit program "WUAA WELBOX"

This is a service that is available after logging into Waseda-net online portal. Relatives within the second remove from you can use such various services as domestic or international commodities, medical check, sports, leisure, and restaurant facilities useful for your daily life at a special member price.
Also, members of "Waseda Card" are accorded more privileged treatment than member's special price for some items. Please take full advantage of the Waseda Card.
"Alumni Salon" a place to feel alma mater's past, present, and future
There is an Alumni Salon on the 16th floor of the Ookuma Memorial Tower, where you can command a panoramic view of Nishiwaseda campus.
This is a service available for members of Waseda Card and those who pays their membership fee. There are buffet-style beverage service(Free).
Alumni Salon is available for group usage for registered Tomonkai members.
