Educational Features

The curriculum that builds advanced accounting and audit skills and knowledge,
and prepares for the world of international business.

By building a curriculum with accounting at its center, supported by the related studies in law and in business, we have designed a program that provides a comprehensive approach to the study of accounting. Our curriculum is also designed to incorporate with IT/Information Systems and English/Communication studies, both of which are closely related to every coursework.

Courses are divided into three major areas; Basic courses, Core courses, and Advanced/Practical courses. The latter in particular gives students an opportunity to learn leading-edge accounting theory, and builds the skills students need to apply advanced professional accounting know-how to actual business practices.

Basic Courses Courses cover the fundamentals of the professional knowledge.
Core Courses Courses cover to develop core knowledge and skills, including courses provided by the University of Hawai'i.
Advanced /
Practical Courses
Courses provide case studies, small group discussions and writing thesis.
